1. 🚫 Prohibited Behavior & Content
   No Hate Speech or Discrimination: We explicitly ban all forms of hate speech. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, anti-semitism, xenophobia, or any derogatory content targeting a group or individual’s identity. Slurs or epithets based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, etc., are not tolerated. No Harassment or Personal Attacks: Treat all users with respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouragement of self-harm are strictly forbidden. Do not engage in stalking, dogpiling, or targeted attacks. Personal attacks, intimidation, or incitements of violence will result in prompt action. No Impersonation or Fraud: Do not impersonate others (individuals or organizations) in a misleading manner. Parody accounts must be clearly labeled. Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliations to deceive others. No Doxxing or Invasion of Privacy: Respect everyone’s privacy. Do not share personal or private information about others without consent. Posting someone’s sensitive data is prohibited. No Illegal Content or Activities: Absolutely no illegal content or use of the server for illegal purposes. This includes CSAM, sexual content involving minors, bestiality, human trafficking, illegal solicitation, or credible threats. Content sexualizing minors is completely forbidden. Users must comply with applicable US and EU laws, including copyright. No Extremist or Violent Advocacy: Do not promote or incite violence, terrorism, or extremism. Posts that glorify mass violence or spread dangerous conspiracy theories are prohibited. News-related content must be clearly contextualized. No Graphic Gore or Extreme Violence: Do not post gratuitously violent or gory content. If violent content is necessary for context (e.g. news), it must be behind a content warning. Less graphic depictions should be marked sensitive. No Spam, Scams, or Malicious Content: Spam, unsolicited ads, phishing, or malware are forbidden. Bot accounts must be labeled and follow all rules. No Disruption or Trolling: Trolling, baiting, or disruptive posting is not allowed. Engage respectfully and avoid degrading the quality of discussion. No Encouraging Self-Harm: Do not encourage or glorify suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or similar behavior.
2. 🔞 NSFW
   NSFW Content & Nudity: Allowed only if all individuals are legal adults, and must be marked as sensitive and use a content warning. Unflagged explicit content will be removed. Absolutely No Minors in Sexual Content: Any sexual depiction of minors, real or fictional, is forbidden. Zero tolerance for child exploitation. No Non-consensual Sexual Content: Sexual violence or non-consensual acts are not allowed. Use Content Warnings Thoughtfully: Use content warnings for NSFW material, heavy topics, or potentially upsetting content. It helps others manage their experience. Minors on the Platform: You must be 18+ to join. Minors should not access or interact with NSFW content. Any adult attempting to exploit a minor will be banned and reported.
3. 🔐 Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
   Your Data & GDPR: We comply with GDPR. Personal data is only used to operate the service. We do not sell or share data with advertisers. Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You can export your data or delete your account at any time. Content federated to other servers may remain outside our control. Federation and Data Sharing: Content on our server may be shared with other servers. We request deletion of federated content when removed but cannot guarantee compliance by third parties. Account Security & Privacy: Use strong passwords. We log metadata for security. We don’t access private content unless investigating a report or required by law.
4. 🛡️ Moderation & Enforcement
   Active Moderation: We review reports and act against violations. Report inappropriate content or behavior using the report feature. Consequences of Rule Violations: Content may be removed. Violators may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned depending on severity and frequency. Moderator Discretion: We may take action to preserve community health even if not explicitly listed. You may appeal moderation decisions. Inter-server Relations: We block or limit instances that foster hate or harmful behavior to protect our users. Legal Compliance: We comply with lawful data requests and may report illegal content to authorities. Community Self-Moderation: Use CWs, mute/block tools, and avoid feeding trolls. A better space starts with thoughtful participation.
